Bryan Baskin

Bryan Baskin joins the firm with 18 years of executive experience in senior living across multiple states. He has served in several senior leadership roles, focusing on operational excellence and quality care. He earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and later attended the University of Oklahoma’s Gerontology Scholar Program. There, he received his Healthcare Management license with a specialty in geriatrics. Bryan began his career in senior living as a social worker. He helped seniors apply for financial assistance, access educational programs, and advance benefits for residential care. After earning his Long-Term Care Administrator license, he managed Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Florida. He also served as a Regional Director of Operations, overseeing multiple locations and improving performance. His expertise in recruitment, staff training, operational management, and healthcare leadership ensures clients receive knowledgeable and compassionate guidance at every step.
